FAQ for Home Utilities

We have multiple partner utility providers such as SSE Airtricity, Flogas, Community Power, Greyhound Recycling among others. Any contract and all billing is set up between you and the provider directly.

We'll save you time searching and advise on the best rates, taking time to understand your current setup. The rates are never higher than you'd get from the provider directly, and we also offer you rewards such as a gift from Specialgifts.ie as part of our loyalty programme. We'll also act an additional layer of support.

For energy, we'll need a Letter of authority to sign you up, which you can sign electronically. We'll need - a recent meter reading - a recent bill unless you're new there, - the MPRN/GPRN - meter numbers. - Date of Birth and IBAN For Bins, we mainly just need your contact details, eircode, IBAN and to know the plan you need based on the weight of waste per month.

For home energy, it's almost immediate. For bins, you'll get a delivery of the bins within 2-3 days.

The standard for home utility services is 14 days. This may depend on the provider and it will be written on the rate sheet or on any agreement between you and the provider before you sign up. Ask us if ever in doubt.
